She is a student at Dalhousie University completing her degree in Medical Sciences with a certificate in Medical Humanities. Dr Fraser founded Coastal Gender Affirming Care in February of 2024. She is a Queer family physician who is also Co-Director of the Medical Humanities Program at Dalhousie University and Deputy Editor of Canadian Family Physician. In addition to providing gender affirming care for her patients, she enjoys writing, crossfit and learning new languages.

Alina (she/her, they/them) joined Coastal Gender Affirming Care as an administrative assistant in July 2024. With a bachelor's degree in humanities, she combines a strong passion for community engagement with a keen interest in data and information management. Dedicated to improving accessibility, Alina also volunteers in the cultural sector in her spare time.

Marianna (she/her) is a licensed practical nurse from Ukraine with extensive experience in sexual health education and working with international communities. She is passionate about serving others and enjoys learning about diverse cultures. In her free time, Marianna loves dancing and snowboarding.
HAILEY

Hailey Thomas (she/her) is a Queer African Nova Scotian woman with roots in East Preston. She has been working in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility for over 10 years. In addition to supporting various gender-based violence and anti-human trafficking initiatives, she is passionate about supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, creating accommodating, accessible and equitable spaces for all.
